St Luke’s is an independent charity caring for terminally ill adults and their loved ones across Sheffield. Each year, we care for around 1,900 patients most of whom are cared for in their own home by our Specialist Palliative Care Community team. St Luke’s is dedicated to the wellbeing of the terminally ill in Sheffield and their loved ones. No patient or family is ever the same, and our journey with each individual is unique. Above all, we are about life, and enabling our patients and their loved ones to live theirs and die with dignity and respect. Of the £10 million it takes to deliver our services this year, we need to raise £7 million of that from donations. ▼

To Mum, "My one in a Million", not only my mum but my best friend too. You have given me endless love, care and you have made me who I am today. Guiding me through life and teaching me what it is all about, the right from the wrong for which I am truly grateful. Our cherished memories we have made will last forever and are held tight within me, they give me a smile and will live on. No words can say how much I miss you and my heart ache's right now. To mum , You taught me a lot about life from the moment you brought me into this world till the day you were taken sadly away from us, you gave me wisdom and you always listened to any problems I ever had and you always were there with advice for me at my low points but also my high points and I know you were so proud when I married Susan and you welcomed all her family into ours and you were so proud of the kids and and so glad to be made a great granny I was proud to call you mum Love you to the moon and back Forever in my thoughts and you'll never be forgotten. love always Ian xxxxx❤️
