St Wilfrid's Centre, Sheffield

St Wilfrid’s Centre is a Day Centre based in Sheffield and is open daily Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm to, vulnerable, isolated, socially excluded or homeless adults aged 18. Those who use the Centre, do so because they are at a time in their lives when they need assistance, support, understanding and somewhere to feel safe and secure. A committed staff team, supported by volunteers, provide basic Welfare Services, Skills for Living sessions and activities. We provide a two-course hot meal daily, People who come to the Centre have a variety of needs. We do not specialise in one discipline, such as Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Homelessness, Addiction or Social Isolation and can, therefore, provide very effective support tailored to individuals. St Wilfrid’s Centre is a community. Without us, many of our clients would have nowhere else to go for support, advice and friendship. We know and understand the needs of our clients and provide individual and specific support.
